ROLE DESCRIPTION

This is a new role, designed for a growth-obsessed marketer ready to take the next big step in their career. We are looking for a dynamic and collaborative marketer who is passionate about playing a part in the global renewable energy transition. You could be right for our growing team of energy industry and technology experts to help our mission of delivering low carbon energy systems globally.

We’re looking for a driven, results-oriented marketer with exceptional attention to detail and a roll-up-your-sleeves attitude to join Reactive’s Marketing team. In this role, you’ll have the opportunity to make a tangible impact across key initiatives, including leading industry events, executing demand generation and digital marketing campaigns, owning LinkedIn strategy, and managing HubSpot/Salesforce integration to ensure smooth, automated marketing processes. RESPONSIBILITIES

Drive Global Pipeline Growth and Sales Acceleration:

  • Generate high-quality leads and accelerate sales cycles through data-driven marketing campaigns.
  • Work with Sales and Product to engage high-value accounts and drive revenue growth.

Campaign Management and Offline Event Management:

  • Leverage a mix of inbound and outbound content, including email marketing, content marketing, social media, and events to maximize engagement.
  • Create targeted content (whitepapers, case studies, landing pages) to support campaigns, with ongoing performance monitoring and optimisation.

Marketing Automation:

  • Design and implement marketing automation workflows to enhance engagement and conversion.
  • Own and improve marketing processes, including campaign tracking, attribution, and reporting.
  • Develop real-time dashboards and marketing reports to track KPIs (CPL, MQL to SQL conversion, etc.).

Event Management:

  • Manage all global industry event sponsorships, including logistics, promotion, and follow-up.
  • Develop and manage all lead generation campaigns: identify and organise leads as they move through the sales cycle, capture new prospects, qualify them, and manage their qualification and conversion within Salesforce and other automation tools to generate hot leads.

Reporting:

  • Manage monthly reporting on OKRs, KPIs insights, and key lessons learned related to the continuous improvement of marketing effectiveness, including inbound leads and overall campaign performance.
  • Conduct market reviews, customer trends, and competitor analysis to help achieve company targets working with Tech Sales and Product.
  • Support the marketing team by creating monthly reports, maintaining process documents and systems, owning meeting agendas, and follow-up.

Account Management:

  • Collaborate with sales teams to identify target accounts and create personalized campaigns.
  • Develop a strong understanding of our products and the buyer’s journey to build programs that drive business growth across the globe.

EXPERIENCE

  • > 5 years proven growth/performance marketing capabilities on a B2B basis, preferably in the energy/power systems sector.
  • Must be proficient in both HubSpot and Salesforce to ensure seamless lead management, data analytics, and sales alignment. Being skilled in their integration is preferred.
  • Must be a data-driven marketer, comfortable reading and analysing data, using it to inform marketing plans and prioritize investments.
  • Process-oriented, flexible with change, comfortable working in less-structured growth environments, offering recommendations for improvement.
  • Strong accountability and a track record of taking ownership of marketing initiatives.
  • Highly performance-oriented individual with a high degree of self-initiative, confidence, and energy.
  • A professional and positive attitude, even while working in a fast-paced environment.
  • Excellent understanding of sales priorities and motivations, to ensure high-quality support, optimal customer experiences, and success.
  • Exceptional writing abilities and outstanding abilities to think creatively, identify and resolve problems, and have excellent attention to detail.
  • A bachelor’s degree 2:1 minimum in marketing, communications, creative discipline, or engineering.
