This year’s IWD theme, #GiveToGain, celebrates the power of investing in others to unlock shared success. At Reactive, this principle is at the heart of who we are.
Over the past 12 months, we’ve focused on giving opportunities, support, and visibility to women across our business. In return, we’ve gained stronger leadership, greater diversity, and a more vibrant organisation.
Last International Women’s Day, we made three commitments:

Welcoming our first female COO, Sohvi Ramajaki
In January, Sohvi joined us as our first female COO, marking an important milestone for Reactive. Her leadership is already helping shape a future where women have more opportunities to thrive as we scale.
Building an inclusive culture through learning
We delivered unconscious bias training to support a workplace where everyone has the space and support to grow their careers.
Increasing female representation
We’ve grown our female representation to 24%, making strong progress toward our 30%+ target by 2027.
Hiring with intention
Since March 2025, 50% of our new hires have been women, strengthening our teams with diverse perspectives and exceptional talent.
Promoting and developing women into leadership roles
We’ve continued to recognise, support, and promote female talent into leadership positions across the business, giving women a platform to lead, influence, and shape our future.
Looking ahead: Continuing to Give to Gain
As we continue to scale, our commitment remains clear. We will keep creating opportunities, investing in women, and nurturing pathways to leadership.
Because when we give opportunity, we gain strength, innovation, and diversity. And Reactive becomes a stronger organisation for everyone.
